Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.

  • Proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with payroll management systems like ADP or Paychex and timekeeping tools such as Kronos or UltiPro.

  • Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and experience working within corporate or governmental accounting environments is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and account analysis.

  • Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately (10 key typing skills).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven setting.

Operations Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing processes and ensure seamless production flow within our factory environment. This vital role involves overseeing daily operations on the production floor, managing team members, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

Supervise daily manufacturing activities on the assembly line, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely

Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and maintain high-quality standards

Operate and oversee the use of forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other equipment necessary for assembly and material handling

Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce safety protocols, and promote a culture of safety awareness among staff

Manage inventory levels within the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials

Train new employees on machinery operation, assembly procedures, and safety practices

Document production metrics, shift reports, and incident logs to support continuous improvement efforts


Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on assembly line supervision

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly

  • Experience operating forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification is preferred

  • Familiarity with warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

  • Prior experience with factory machinery maintenance or assembly processes is highly desirable

Must be able to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance requirements, including eligibility to access controlled technical data (U.S. Person status as defined by ITAR may be required)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products across various platforms, including mobile and web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of testing methodologies, automation tools, and continuous integration processes to deliver reliable and high-performance solutions. The Test Engineer will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to identify issues early in the SDLC and support release management activities.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed test cases, scripts, and plans for functional, system, performance, load, regression, and user acceptance testing.

  • Perform root cause analysis on defects identified during testing phases; collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues related to code bugs or system failures.

  • Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and release management activities ensuring quality standards are met before deployment.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, defect reports, and test environments using tools like HP ALM or Jira.

  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs; translate these into effective test strategies

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years' experience as test engineer in electrical manufacturing industry

  • Strong knowledge of PCBA testing, function test systems and Automated test equipment

  • Hands on experience with test development, trouble shooting and failure analysis

  • Proficiency in python, C/C++ or other scripting languages used for test automation

  • Familiarity with test instruments such as millimeters, power supplies, electronic loader, RF analyzers or ICT/FCT equipment

  • Ability to debug hardware issues, and work closely with design and manufacturing teams

  • Experience developing test procedures, test fixtures, and test documentation

  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving mindset
