We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. This position involves working closely with manufacturing, quality control, and project management teams to implement effective quality systems and processes.
Responsibilities
Participate in internal and external audits (e.g., Notified Bodies, FDA), including audit preparation, execution, and follow-up actions.
Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities, including root cause analysis, risk assessment, and effectiveness verification.
Monitor and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and deviations to identify trends and implement corrective measures.
Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead and support supplier quality activities, including evaluations, audits, and performance monitoring.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports to monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design control, NPI, risk management, verification and validation, and production quality.
Support relevant aspects of document control, change control, and complaint handling systems.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field-Preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering
Experience with CAPA management, root cause analysis and risk management tools.
Experience in Supplier Quality management is a plus.
Proficiency with quality systems software, MS Office, and statistical analysis tools.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience in New Product Launches is a plus
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Qualifications
Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership capabilities in project management lifecycle practices.
Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies
NPI's
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels; adept at presentation skills and technical writing.
Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, risk management strategies including Earned Value Management (EVM), and conflict management techniques.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects including ERP systems or content management systems is desirable.

The Material Planner/Buyer is primarily responsible for material planning, demand alignment, and production support within a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials aligned with production schedules.
Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS for material planning, purchasing, and inventory management.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery standards are met.
Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels through effective materials management and inventory control.
Conduct demand planning and production scheduling using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools to align supply with forecasted demand.

Qualifications
